Signature Sandwiches

Chicken Salad - Tender chunks of  all white meat chicken breast mixed with red grapes, celery, and our own creamy dressing.  Served on a bed of lettuce or multigrain flat bread.

Californian Reuben - Oven roasted turkey breast, cole slaw and Swiss cheese on a grilled pita bread.  This one needs extra napkins!

Big B.L.T. - Thick slices of bacon, juicy ripe tomatoes, lettuce and mayo served on grilled Texas Toast.

Cran-Turk Cheese - No longer a seasonal item!  Oven roasted turkey breast, cream cheese and our own homemade cranberry chutney served on multigrain flat bread.

Basil Tomato Grilled Cheese - Fresh, ripe tomatoes topped with basil and sandwiched between Swiss and provolone cheese slices.  Served on sour dough or multi-grain bread.

All sandwiches served with a pickle spear and potato chips.  Substitute a house salad for $1.00 more.  Add a cup of soup for $1.50 more.

Rodeo Round Up

All of our specialty burgers are 6 ounces of fresh hamburger cooked medium-well unless otherwise requested.  Served with chips and a pickle spear.

All American - Have it plain, deluxe, with the works or any combination inbetween.  Add cheese if you like.

The Islander - Topped with American cheese and 1000 Island dressing, served ongrilled Texas toast.

Texas Longhorn -  We add some special seasoning, American cheese, BBQ sauce and serve it on grilled Texas toast.

Plato’s Pleasure - Provolone cheese and olives top this specially seasoned patty an it is served nestled inside grilled pita bread.
